Please use this website only for lawful purposes. When you order, give us your correct name, phone number and delivery address so that we can reach you and deliver your order.

We try to show every product accurately, including its description, photos and price. Colours can look slightly different on your screen. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you confirm your order.

If we find a mistake in a price or description after you have ordered, we will contact you before we send anything, and you can cancel the order.

Orders

Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may contact you by phone to confirm it before we send it.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when we cannot reach you to confirm the order, or when we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid for an order that we cancel, we will refund you.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. If you choose cash on delivery, please have the amount ready when your parcel arrives.

Delivery

The delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery time depends on your area, and you can ask us for an estimate before you order.

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel and answer the phone number you gave us. Delays outside our control can happen, such as bad weather or courier problems, and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Cancelling an order

You can ask us to cancel an order that has not been sent yet. Contact us as soon as you can. Once an order is on its way, the section below applies.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If there is a problem with your order, such as a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us as soon as you can and we will work out a solution with you.

Keep the item and its packaging until the matter is settled. It helps if you send us your order number and photos of the problem.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
